/ CREATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE

Infrastructurethat keeps brands running.

DAM architecture, governed asset libraries, and workflow systems built so teams move faster without breaking brand consistency.

Systems built for real teams.

/ DAM & BRAND HUB

From scattered files to governed infrastructure.

Built a dedicated SharePoint Brand Hub that centralized colour systems, typography guidance, illustration libraries, icon sets, approved imagery, and reusable assets into one accessible brand ecosystem. The brand ecosystem was also integrated into Microsoft Copilot, enabling users to generate on-brand content and communications while reinforcing brand standards through AI-assisted workflows. To encourage adoption across the organization, each section included concise explanations, practical tips, and guidance tailored for non-designers, making brand resources intuitive and easy to use. The hub also featured a dedicated FAQ section, providing quick answers to common questions and helping teams confidently apply the brand without relying on direct design support.

/ TEMPLATE ECOSYSTEM DESIGN

Design systems people can actually use.

Built a governed template ecosystem across Adobe, Microsoft applications, Canva, and Microsoft Copilot, transforming brand standards into reusable tools for everyday use. Designed with non-designers in mind, each template incorporated brand logic and was accompanied by straightforward guidance to encourage adoption and maintain consistency across teams. Templates were integrated into Microsoft applications via SharePoint, enabling employees to access the latest approved versions directly within their workflow. This eliminated version control issues, reduced the use of outdated assets, and ensured consistent brand application across the organization.

/ CREATIVE WORKFLOW ARCHITECTURE

Designed to reduce friction.

Mapped and redesigned the end-to-end creative workflow, streamlining the journey from brief intake to final delivery. The new process improved visibility, removed production bottlenecks, and reduced turnaround times from several weeks to as little as one day for smaller requests, or around one week for larger projects. A built-in quality assurance stage required every asset to be reviewed by a second designer before publication. Combined with clear ownership and approval tracking in Tableau, this system reduced publishing errors to a minimal level.

/ HOW THE WORK IS BUILT

Every system is built with governance documentation and a info session. The work outlasts the engagement.

Documented, handed over, owned by the team.

01 — Audit
02 — Architecture
03 — Enablement

Map what exists.

Build the structure.

Hand it over fully.

Designed the underlying system architecture, combining DAM taxonomy, template ecosystems, workflows, governance, and approvals into a scalable framework that ensured consistency with minimal oversight.

Evaluated existing assets, tools, and workflows to identify operational bottlenecks, understand how work was prioritized, and uncover opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and collaboration.

Delivered governance documentation, onboarding guides, and live training sessions that empowered teams to confidently manage the system independently while maintaining brand consistency.
