BRAND INFRASTRUCTURE

Brand resources were spread across different locations, with no central template system or established creative workflows, creating unnecessary friction in everyday production. The challenge was not only to create strong visual work, but to make sure it stayed on brand and that people across the organisation could easily find the right assets, understand how to use them, and create consistent materials without depending on the design team for every request.

Scope of Project: The scope was to build a more connected brand infrastructure that could support day to day production while protecting quality, consistency, and brand integrity.

Year: 2026

Project Summary: I built a dedicated SharePoint, Brand Hub and DAM structure, bringing previously scattered brand resources into one central, governed location. It housed everything from colour and typography to illustration libraries, icons, approved imagery and reusable assets. Guidance lived alongside the assets themselves, with practical examples, tips for non-designers and an FAQ covering recurring questions.

The Brand Hub later became part of our Microsoft Copilot setup. Brand resources and approved PowerPoint templates were connected to Copilot, allowing colleagues to create branded presentations and content using the same approved materials that informed the rest of our creative work.
