A modern evolution of an established brand.
A strategic evolution of the existing brand, introducing a refreshed visual language and a redesigned website while preserving the familiarity and trust built over time.

An established brand ready for its next chapter.
Studyportals had built strong recognition over the years, but its visual identity and supporting infrastructure had not evolved at the same pace. Assets lived across disconnected locations, templates were inconsistent or missing entirely, and teams lacked a shared framework for creating on brand materials.
The objective was not to reinvent the brand, but to modernize it. A thoughtful visual refresh, combined with a new website and a rebuilt brand infrastructure, created a stronger foundation for future growth across teams, channels, and markets.

Before and after the system.

The objective was not to reinvent the brand, but to modernize it. A thoughtful visual refresh, combined with a new website and a rebuilt brand infrastructure, created a stronger foundation for future growth across teams, channels, and markets.

The system that keeps the brand alive.
The visual refresh was only one part of the transformation. Because much of the supporting infrastructure either didn't exist or had evolved organically over time, the project expanded beyond branding into system building.
A new SharePoint Brand Hub, DAM structure, and cross platform template ecosystem were built from the ground up. Existing assets were rebranded, new templates were introduced across PowerPoint, Canva, Word, Adobe, and social channels, and the foundations were put in place for teams to create consistent work independently.

MEASURABLE OUTCOMES
Faster workflows. Fewer off-brand materials. A hub teams actually use.
Faster time-to-asset
Off-brand output reduced
Brand hub with active daily use
Teams locate, adapt, and publish approved assets in a fraction of the time — no more hunting across disconnected folders or waiting on designers.
Locked template structures and governed asset libraries removed the conditions for off-brand materials — without restricting what teams could produce.
The SharePoint brand hub became the operational centre for brand activity — a live system, not a PDF guidelines document filed and forgotten.
